We are hiring Graduates or Undergraduates with minimum 6 months of international call center experience(Voice).

Job Role:
Provide best-in-class resolution to customer queries
Openings in Telecommunication
Inbound voice Sales & customer Service for existing customers
Meet customer requirements through first contact resolution.
Clarify customer requirements; probe for and confirm understanding of requirements or problem.
Greet customers in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner using agreed upon procedures.
Listen attentively to customer needs and concerns; demonstrate empathy.
Confirm customer understanding of the solution and provide additional customer education as needed.
Prepare complete and accurate work and update customer file.

Desired Candidate Profile
Education:(UG – Any Graduate – Any Specialization, Graduation Not Required) OR (PG – Any Postgraduate – Any Specialization, Post Graduation Not Required) AND ( Doctorate – Doctorate Not Required)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Quickly and effectively identifies and solves customer requests and problems.
Shifts – Night shift
