We are hiring Technical Support Executive(Voice Process) for best International Call Centres / BPO located in Delhi/NCR.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

Basic technical knowledge of PCs.
Basic technical knowledge of Operating systems like Windows XP.
Basic Knowledge of MS Outlook troubleshooting, Internet and Networking

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Responsible to provide technical support assistance to US customers.
Responsible to troubleshoot the issues related to Desktop, Laptops & Printers.

DESIRED CANDIDATE PROFILE:

Qualification: Graduates, Undergraduates & 12th Pass.
Freshers with excellent communication skills & written English can also apply.
Candidate must be OK with night shifts.
Candidates with technical knowledge or technical experience can apply.
