Junior Research Fellow

Walk-in-Interview will be held on 6th September, 2013 at 11.30 A.M in the Seminar Room of Plant Biology Division, Bose Institute, P-1/12, C.I.T. Scheme VII-M, Kankurgachi, Kolkata-700054 for one position of Junior Research Fellow in the DAE sponsored project entitled, "Production and molecular characterization of somatic hybrid mushroom strains between Agaricus bisporus + Pleurotus florida and Agaricus bisporus + Calocybe indica", under the guidance of Prof. Samir Ranjan Sikdar, Division of Plant Biology. The project is tenable for three years. Details of qualification, fellowship, age etc. are as follows:

Essential Qualification : A good academic record with M.Sc. degree in any branch of Biological Sciences (Botany / Genetics / Biotechnology / Microbiology / Zoology/Biochemistry/Life Science etc.) with NET or GATE qualification

Fellowship : Rs. 16,000/- p.m., plus admissible H.R.A. and medical benefit.

Age: Below 28 years (relaxable in case of SC/ST/OBC/WOMEN candidates only as per rule).
