Job Description

Documentum support including production support defect tickets, enhancement requests & projects support.
Documentum user account management, create users, groups, access control lists and permission sets using documentum Administrator .
Triage tickets, Troubleshoot / debug/resolve user reported documentum issues.
Gather Functional and User Requirements.
Create System Design Documentation based on the requirements.
Formulate prototypes.
Create User training documentation.

Minimum Qualifications (must have)

1 to 2 yrs of hands-on experience working with Documentum or above, with hands on Development & Support in various Documentum suite.
Expertise in Documentum tools like Documentum Composer, WebTop, WDK, DFC, DQL, IDQL, FormsBuilder, Process Builder.
Expertise in creating DARs, Lifecycle and Workflow's using Documentum Composer, Process Builder.
Expertise in maintenance of custom applications built with the Documentum Application Programming Interface.
Expertise with TaskSpace, CenterStage, etc
Excellent communication, problem solving, effectove coordinating with team members/business and interpersonal skills
Documentum Suite: Content Server 6.7 and above, DA, WebTop, Captiva, WDK, DFC, DQL, IDQL.
Languages/Framework: XML, HTML, C++, Java, VB 6.0..
RDBMS:Oracle 9i.
Operating Systems: Windows 2008 server, Unix.
Scripting Languages JavaScript

Preferred Qualifications (nice to have)

Experience in Configuration, Installation, Maintenance and Validation of Documentum eContent Server and its client components.
