Description
Seeking a Quality Assurance Analyst with 3+ years experience in integration, stress, performance, and automation testing. This person will lead a team of contractors in India for the Service Solutions and Tooling Organization. The qualified candidate will be responsible for developing and executing formal test plans to ensure the delivery of quality software products. This person will also perform a detailed review of test strategy and test scripts developed by the India team and provide the proper turnover to the lead onshore.
Qualifications
Candidate must be well versed in manual and automation testing and be able to execute the test cases needed to meet business requirements. Prior experience in testing tools needed – QC, Loadrunner, and QTP. Agile methodology experience is a plus. Qualified candidate should also possess good communication skills and the ability to influence and drive quality.
