Job Responsibilties:
- This is not a full time assignment ( altough you can spend most of your working time for faster growth)
- You would be required to prospect for the staffing business within your city of residence.
- Telephonic interaction with prospective clients and converting them into customers.
- Company introduction over phone , followed with the introductory email and follow-up.
- You can chose to work in any vertical – IT , ITES , Manufacturing , Retail , Pharma , BFSI ( although we specialise in IT ) *Please refrain from bulk recruitment positions or walk-ins.
- Getting Service Agreement or MoU signed for Staffing Services.( As of now we would like to promote permanent placements only )
- Prepare & understand the Job Description given by the client by getting clarity on the open position to the work more effectively.
- Identification of relevant candidates from the responses / internal database provided by the company and taking consent of the candidate with required information like Current and Expected CTC along with time required for joining.
- Profiles of the relevant candidates to be shared with the client for short listing with periodic follow-up and feedback for better results.
- Interacting with short listed candidates and HR for interviews and selection process.
Desired Skills:
- Candidates must be graduate with knowledge on local language.
- Excellent verbal and written English and interpersonnel communication skills
- Candidate must have PC / Laptop, Internet and phone connection.
- Candidate would be provided company visiting card, email ID.
- Candidate may be required to meet the concerned HR Manager of the company.
