Job Description:
- Responsible for all aspects of game and feature creation and production, including design, prototyping, UI design, balancing and documentation
- Take ownership and initiative of the assigned project by deeply understanding the overall project goal
- Come up with mature and creative ideas that can convince people in the simplest way
- Work along with producers and product managers to address key KPIs of live games
- Come up with solution to any emergency, issues and feedbacks during the production and operation
- Learn and study the mobile game market
