All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS), Bhubaneswar has issued recruitment notification for 220 Nursing jobs. Out of these 200 jobs are on direct recruitment while 20 are attendant jobs on contract basis.

1. Staff Nurse Gr II

Total Vacancies: 150 (UR- 77 , OBC-40, SC-22, ST-11).

Pay Scale: Rs. 9300-34800/ & Grade Pay Rs. 4,600/.

Essential Qualification: Matriculation with Certification in General Nursing & Midwifery and must be a registered A grade Nurse and Midwife in State Nursing Council or equivalent for male nurses.

Age Limit: Maximum 30 years for General Category.

2. Staff Nurse Gr I (Nursing Sisters)

Total Vacancies: 50 (UR- 27 , OBC-13, SC-7, ST-3)

Pay Scale: Rs. 9300-34800/ & Grade Pay Rs. 4,800/.

Essential Qualification: BSc.Nursing or Post Basic BSc.Nursing Degree having Valid registration as Nurse and Midwife registration or equivalent for male nurses.

Experience: 5 years as Nurse Grade – II in hospital having 200 beds.

Age Limit: Maximum 40 years for General Category.

3. Assistant Nursing Superintendent

Pay Scale: Rs. 15600-39100/- and Grade Pay Rs.5400/-.

Essential Qualification: Sister Grade I with regular service in the grade for 5 years.

Age Limit: Maximum 65 years for General Category.

4. Deputy Nursing Superintendent

Essential Qualification:5 years of regular service as Assistant Nursing Superintendent.

Age Limit: Maximum 56 years for General Category.

Applciation Fee: Rs.500 for UR/ OBC candidates and Rs.200/- for SC/ST category.

Job Location: Bhubaneswar, Odisha.
