Provide back office support including but not limited to:
Incident reporting.
Managing customer information.
Generating monthly activity reports.
Utilize defined tools to track hours and maintain databases.
Perform repeatable tasks, strictly adhering to global process documentation.
Work on a team of pooled resources, collectively setting priorities to meet business needs.
Schedule, track, communicate and meet clearly defined delivery dates.
Manage conflicting priorities, resetting expectations where needed to meet the needs of multiple requests.
