QUALIFICATION CRITERIA
Eligibility : Any Graduate
Experience : 1-2Years
Location : Bangalore
JOB DESCRIPTION / DESIRED CANDIDATE PROFILE
1. Strong analytical bent of mind to analyze critical functional issues in an enterprise application is a must
2. Well-versed in various testing methodologies (white vs. black box test work, system vs functional).
3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are mandatory as this role involves communicating with the counterpart teams in the Americas;
4. 1-2 years of experience on Scripting/Automation is must. Knowledge on Load runner is desirable.
5. Well-versed in software process methodologies.
6. A solid understanding of quality assurance as part of the development process.
7. Detail oriented and a quick problem solver
8. Ability to work in a rapidly changing environment
9. Familiarity working on UNIX/Linux environment is an advantage; Ability to script using Perl/Shell/Ruby is desirable
10.Prior exposure to supply chain management enterprise application is a huge plus.
