JOB DESCRIPTION / DESIRED CANDIDATE PROFILE

As an Associate Engineer at Dimension Data, the candidate will be tasked with developing configurations and installations, as well as solving technical problems of a medium complexity.
Will work closely with and be under the supervision of engineers and senior engineers.
Will be required to take responsibility for parts of an installation and problem management.
We will need you to develop a basic understanding of technical design principles, fundamental project management and administration processes.
Need to support the technical service desk under supervision by providing telephonic, remote and on-site support to our clients.
