- Achieve Primary targets for Handsets & RCVs. Ensure Secondary placement & target achievement for Handsets & RCVs through Distributor Sales Representatives; provide On-Job-Training to DSR team.
- Monitor performance of distributors take corrective action.
- Design strategies to combat competition in the defined territory through competition mapping & ensuring Reliance presence in all high foot fall & strategic locations.
- Ability to guide, train & motivate Sales executives & channels.
- Seamless execution of schemes at the market place & ensure timely communication to the team & channel partners.
- Ensuring channel health & satisfaction.
- Implementation of strong basics like PJP & beat plan & ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Displacement of competition revenue by way of churning high arpo competition PCO outlets.
- Employee motivation & satisfaction.
- Competition Analysis-track competition movement & formulate counter strategies to weed competition
- Should have experience in Sales/Distribution.
- Only from FMCG/Telecom background
- Minimum Graduation in any discipline.
- Candidates whose Age is more than 28 Yrs need not attend for Interview(Ideal Age:21-28 Yrs strictly).
