Job Description:
Develops basic integrated solutions, including testing and integrating hardware and software, to facilitate the cost effective delivery of services in accordance with corporate standards and products.
Analyzes data to determine appropriate system specifications; defines and designs basic system specifications to meet business needs.
Deploys pre-bundled hardware and software in accordance with standard processes using standard tools and scripts; identifies and investigates matters of significance and resolves as appropriate.
Monitors, investigates and resolves systems operations matters of significance, in accordance with standard procedures; documents and communicates resolution.
Participates in developing, implementing and documenting processes and procedures to ensure compliance with standard business practices.
Provides routine technical support/consultation to other organizations and may provide work guidance to less experienced personnel.
Provides technical support to customers by investigating and resolving systems-related matters of significance; provides on-call technical support telephonically and/or electronically; documents results and escalates as appropriate.
Troubleshoots system issues in accordance with standard procedures; develops appropriate course of action and escalates as appropriate.
Performs repairs, maintenance and upgrades existing systems using solutions in accordance with standard operating procedures.
Identifies issues and recommends and implements approved course of action.
