* Gather information through research and conduct analysis on a given project
* Derive insights and develop client recommendations
* Collaborate with subject matter experts to design solutions
* Network with business leaders and gain insights into current HR and business practices
* Work along with the various talent sub functions and work closely with the practitioners on projects ranging across
* Talent Acquisition/Development/Delivery.
* Deliver a project report and presentation at the closure of the project
