Job Description:
• listening to customer requirements and presenting appropriately to make a sale
• maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers via telephone calls and emails
• arrange meetings with potential customers for new business
• responding to incoming email and phone enquiries
• acting as a contact between the company and its existing and potential customers
• negotiating the terms of an agreement and closing sales
• gathering market and customer information
• negotiating on price, costs, delivery and specifications with buyers and operations team
• liaising with Operations team to check the progress of existing orders
• recording sales and order information and sending copies to the line manager
• reviewing sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed targets
• gaining a clear understanding of customers’ businesses and requirements
• making accurate, rapid cost calculations and providing customers with quotations
• feeding future buying trends back to line manager
• Collect the market intelligence data including environmental, customer & competitor information & initiatives and analyze the same with the help of line Manager to pre-empt its impact on the business
Desired Skills:
• Knowledge of upselling
• Minimum one year of sales experience
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
• Fluent English (spoken and written)
• Ability to grasp concepts quickly.
