- Answer calls of customer regarding the GPRS issue and provide them with excellent Customer Service
- Need to document every call with regards to the Call log.
- Need to provide callbacks if required to assist the customer.
- Need to be professional.
- Should have the desire to learn.
- Willing to work in domestic KPO
- Flexible for 24/7 rotational shifts.
- Good spoke & verbal skill in English.
- Can speak English, Hindi and Kannada/Tamil/Telugu/Malayalam.
- Required people with good comm. skills.
- Qualification should be minimum 12th pass or 10th + 3 Years Diploma.
- Minimum 18 years of Age. Max 30 yrs
- Ready to work in any kind of shifts (Male).
