Job Description:

  • Answer calls of customer regarding the GPRS issue and provide them with excellent Customer Service
  • Need to document every call with regards to the Call log.
  • Need to provide callbacks if required to assist the customer.
  • Need to be professional.
  • Should have the desire to learn.

Desired Skills:

  1. Willing to work in domestic KPO
  2. Flexible for 24/7 rotational shifts.
  3. Good spoke & verbal skill in English.
  4. Can speak English, Hindi and Kannada/Tamil/Telugu/Malayalam.
  5. Required people with good comm. skills.
  6. Qualification should be minimum 12th pass or 10th + 3 Years Diploma.
  7. Minimum 18 years of Age. Max 30 yrs
  8. Ready to work in any kind of shifts (Male).
