We are looking for Customer Service Representatives with 0 to 4 of experience for our Hyderabad center.
Our customer service representatives answer the phones to respond to the general customer inquiries, concerns, complaints and arrange the service requested by the customer by projecting a professional company image through phone interaction.
Key Responsibility Areas:
- Receiving calls from customers based out of US
- Solving queries and concerns on the call
- Arranging for any service required by the Customer
- Provide Customer with product and service information
- Sell Products to eligible Customers
- Up sell Products and Services
- Follow-up on customer inquiries and resolve
- Recognize, document and alert the supervisor of trends in customer calls.
- Recommend process improvements.
Location : Hyderabad / Secunderabad
Experience : 0 to 4 yrs
Education : UG – Any Graduate
PG – Any Postgraduate

- Previous call center experience is a plus

- Age above 18 years
- Intermediate / Graduate in any discipline (2012 pass out BE, B.Tech s Freshers/Experienced can also apply)
