Required skills:Should be Excellent in verbal and written communication skills.
Should be willing to work in a voice process
Responsibilities: Working as customer support associate voice process
Would be handling inbound and outbound calls
Shift: Should be willing to work in shifts (24/7 environment)
Qualification: Any Graduate (min. 15 years education)
Experience:
Process Executive:- 0 to 17 months
Senior Process Executive – 18 months and above
Time: 10:30AM
