Job Responsibilities:

To sourcing Savings Accounts, Privilege Accounts through a team of sales officers
To control rejection ( Less than 2 %) of Account Opening Forms sourced by the team by promoting adherence to process norms
On boarding calls for FDs and SIP on newly opened Saving Accounts
To maximize float on NCA and ERV saving account customers
To improve the efficiency and productivity of the team of sales officers through continuous training
To stay updated on the recent changes in policy guidelines in order to educate the team members
To follow policy guidelines strictly while sourcing Saving Accounts, FDs

Key Skills:

Ability to manage a team of sales officers through constant motivation and guidance
Ability to have a firm grasp on the market to source accounts effictively and efficiently
Ability to devise innovative sourcing strategies to meet the business targets
