Qualification  : Any Graduate

Experience     : 0 – 1 Year

Job Location   : Mumbai

Responsibilities:
 

  •  Monitor production batch processing, escalate the issues and perform first level troubleshooting as per the document within SLA time limit.
  •  Basic graduation; Should have basic knowledge of Batch monitoring and operations; Good written and oral communication skills;
  •  Knowledge on batch scheduling tools is desirable; 1-2 years experience in industry-standard monitoring tools for batch processing;
  •  Good understanding of handling ticketing tool. Day to Day Responsibilities Monitor the queues and assign the tickets to the appropriate teams;
  •  Follow daily checklist for routine tasks; Monitor Netcool tool for event management and console alerts;
  •  Strictly adhere to the SLA and client agreed procedures;
  •  Escalate the issue as per document; Maintain process document for routine activities.


Skills Required:

  •  Experience in Windows 2008 OS, Clear with AD Concepts, , Handling Escalations and working on Complex Changes as a L3 System ,Would be Responsible for Daily management of Entire Wintel Environment, troubleshooting and working on Complex Changes (planning to execution) Single Handedly.
  •  Working knowledge of networking principles including TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP. Various Microsoft applications including Exchange 2003 / 2007,.2010 IIS, MOM, SCOM , WSUS, SMS, ADS; or AIX/Linux/HPUX/Solaris
  •  Windows Server 2003 / 2008
