Job Description 

Engineer/Sr. Engineer – RAN Integration-00085223   Description  Engineer – LRAN with 1-4 years of experience in GRAN/WRAN/LRAN About the function: The roles involve working LTE RAN Integrations. It will involve having a close working relation ships with CU's. This will provide an exposure to various software releases of LTE and eNode B integrations into all IP system. Reporting to Manager – Network Engineering Role: To be part of Solution Integrators team who will be involved in the following activities from a LTE 4G perspective. Main Tasks:   The main activities are following : System Integration of 4G LTE network Remote SW Updates Onsite and Remote Integrations of eNodeb Onsite and Remote Software upgrade Script loading, Configuration and parameter changes Faults identification and Troubleshooting across various NE New feature implementation and demonstration Call testing and support to drive test team Acceptance testing with customer Networks upgrade activities like radio units replacements, Swap from other vendors to Ericsson platform.    Qualifications  Competence:                Education: B.Tech. in Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering with 1-4 years of experience Basic Knowledge of IP Knowledge of LTE RAN Good Communication Technical/Professional/Business/Human Competence: Good Integration portfolio knowledge and working experience with LTE products supported by Ericsson Previous telecom working experience in Rollout. Multi-vendor knowledge is an added advantage Good knowledge about IP-Technology, TCP/IP & networking concepts. Good Communication skills required Highly motivated and good team player Must have consultative skills, share knowledge Very good skills in oral and written communication. Ability to plan own work to meet assigned schedules and targets. Ability to develop and give effective presentations within own unit.
