# Existing relationships with direct clients, trainers and trainees.
# Experience with best methods to reach decision makers and ability to market to them
# Leading to either company being added to the vendor list or requisitions being generated, through either cold calling, email marketing campaigns or other proven past experience.
# Experience working with small, medium and large leads and clients.
# Highly Results oriented.
# Ability to plan week, month and quarter with proven results.

RESPONSIBILITIES :
# Ability to get new requirements and prospects and generate call lists.
# Will be required to counsel the prospects, convert walk-ins into enrollments and Guide the students in various courses.
# Interacting with prospects through calls, emails and face to face.
# To convert the enquiries into registration.
# Sort the data of relevant students.
# Should have a strong convincing power and should able to handle the pressure of achieving the targets.
# Information shared/given to the students should not be misleading and need to be upfront and transparent.
# Verbal counseling as well as through email communication.
# Regular updating of reports (working upon).
# Responsible for conversion (as per requirement).
# Develop a rapport with the students and collect regular feedback of the quality of training.
