Job Summary:
Candidate should be a BE/BTech Graduates from a recognized university.
BE/BTech.
CCNP Mandotary.
CCSA.
CCIE Routing & Switching Lab Certified is preferably.
To oversees troubleshooting, Infrastructure Hardware/Software backups, and disaster recovery and provides expert support when necessary.
To work with other teams in the IT department to help implement and monitor Internal Systems in term of required network services, e.g. telecom lines bandwidth, etc.
To create effective working relationships with cross-functional IT/business/support teams to ensure that systems and projects are delivered on time and according to the success criteria.
To ensure that required process and projects steps are understood and performed to standard.
To identify, implement and participate in continuous process improvements to IT Governance policies, processes, procedures and documentation in line with the group compliance, IT procedures and policies.
To implement, collect and report metrics related to Network & Telecom platform activities.
To monitor and administrate the publishing of up to date information on Network & Telecoms.
To monitor, and report on, the progress of approved projects against targets and budgets and the quality of work, taking any necessary corrective action.
To participate in estimating, planning and managing Telecoms budget and project work.
To forecast, plan, monitor and manage of budgetary spend.
To be a point of contact for SLA's.
To comply with the internal policy or regulation.
Job Description:
Network:
To supervise the monitoring, the administration, the troubleshooting and the maintenance of the Regional Hub infrastructure, WAN/LAN and IP Telephony that includes cabling, switches, firewalls, Internet connectivity, IDS, IPS and routers.
To implement network security at the regional level according to security standards defined by the Head Office Group Security Policy.
To supervise and support all regional data and voice circuits (Leased, MPLS, GMPLS, ISDN lines), maintaining a close relationships with Telecom operators and IT Service Desk.
Telephony:
To implement, standardize and manage any project of the Regional IP telephony system
To implement, supervise, administrate and monitor the infrastructure of the IP PBX and Legacy PABX fixed telephony, Telephone billing system, recording systems, Dealing room telephony and Video-conference & Audio Conference.
To maintain close relationships with ISPs & Telecom providers, IP Telephony & PABX providers for any new/upgrade requirements on the analogue, ISDN and Leased Lines.
Security:
To supervise and control all Extranet connections and the security behind it, including but not limited to Reuters, Bloomberg and Central Banks in the Region.
To supervise and control changes requested by central banks.
To supervise and control the security of all the firewalls, IDS's and Internet browsing services.
