Summary:
An Agent in Risk process is responsible for understanding the customer account details and prevent Fraud
Key Responsibility Areas:
Evaluate accounts and block or unblock accounts to prevent fraud.
Extend or deny credit to the customer based on information of customer.
Job Specification:
Graduate in any discipline except BE\B-tech\MCA Freshers cannot apply.
Experience in financial risk process is an added advantage
Good communication skills
Willing to work in night shifts
Educational Requirements: Should be a Graduate only.
B.Tech and MCA graduates are not eligible
Excellent communication skills is a mandate.
Desired candidates: Freshers, Immediate Joinees.
Receiving calls from customers based out of US
- Solving queries and concerns on the call
- Arranging for any service required by the Customer
- Provide Customer with product and service information
- Follow-up on customer inquires and resolve
- Recognize, document and alert the supervisor of trends in customer calls.
- Recommend process improvements.
