Job Summary:

Candidate should have done Post Graduation in Finance from a recognized university.

Post graduation in Finance.

Work Experience/Knowledge: 
1 year relevant experience in the DM operations.

Microsoft office packages (including Word, Excel).
Skills/Other Personal Attributes Required:

Good computer skills.

Good technical skills.

Strong communication skills (verbal/written).

Must be able to analyze and interpret detailed client instructions.

Must be able to interpret Data Management policies, procedures and regulations.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Excellent interpersonal skills.

A good eye for detail.

Flexible team player and ability to multi task.

Ask when in doubt.
Working Conditions:

Normal office environment with little exposure to noise, dust and temperatures.

The ability to lift, carry or otherwise move objects of up to 30 pounds is also necessary.

Normally works a regular schedule of hours, however hours may vary depending upon the project or assignment.

Hours include alternate shift work, evenings and/or weekends and may include 24 hour a day on call support by pager and/or cell phone.

Job Description:
To service/process/respond to requests received and work as part of a team to ensure that relevant tasks are prioritized, actioned and completed accurately and on time.

Job Responsibilities:

Work as part of a team, ensuring SLA's (Service Level Agreement), all relevant regulations are met and maintained, escalating issues to Supervisors/Team Managers.

Process and respond to requests received, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

Raising issues where necessary to supervisor.

Provide cover for other team members in their absence and assists other areas, as required.

Contribute to overall team progress via team meetings/ideas/initiatives/training and development.

Escalate issues and breaches to relevant parties in a timely manner.

Accurately Process all requests and client instructions\requests within the established time frames.

Other duties and special projects as assigned.

Respond to basic and intermediary questions and tasks from other teams independently and refer complex problems to supervisors for escalation.
