- Experience in targeting multiple Android devices, both phones and tablets fro multiple manufactures and across all OS versions.
- Skilled in whole software development lifecycle, from analysis through design to implementation, deployment and maintenance.
- Experience with web services involving XML and JSON
- Exceptional analytical, logical skills and good problem solving skills
iOS Programmers – 2 Open positions.
Key skills and requirements
- 2 years of experience in Objective c programming using Xcode.
- Experience in targeting multiple iOS devices, both iPhones, iPods and iPads all OS versions.
- Skilled in whole software development lifecycle, from analysis through design to implementation, deployment and maintenance.
- Experience with web services involving XML and JSON
- Exceptional analytical, logical skills and good problem solving skills
Business Analyst with 3 to 4 years of experience – 2 open positions.
Business Analyst Deliverables.
Project initiation documents defining high-level scope.
Business requirements document describing the project’s objectives.
Requirement Gathering and Requirement Analysis.
(Should understand the client requirements, Identifies, defines, records and communicates user and functional requirements with the internal technical team and Client)
Business cases defining the costs and benefits associated with requested changes.
User Acceptance test plans – UATs.
Responsible for making SOPS, process flows.
Bridging the gap between the team and the clients ( Handling Operations)
Should be able to Prepare & maintains technical documentation, including use case procedures.
Advanced analytical and project management skills, in-depth knowledge of various phases and methodologies of software development life cycle is a MUST.
Key Responsibilities of a Sr BA:
Making sure that the go live dates are met and project execution is happening on time.
Work with project sponsor to understand and document project objectives and scope.
Work with business owners from affected business areas to understand current processes and to document and prioritize requirements.
Work with delivery work streams to communicate business objectives and requirements, make decisions on delivery options and produce delivery costs and timescales.
Work with other related projects to understand and manage project dependencies.
Work with project manager/s to plan analysis work and highlight risks and issues.
Work with Finance to define accurate, meaningful and measurable business cases.
Work with the business owners to define acceptance criteria.
PHP, Android, iOS , Business Analyst Reporting line.
Weekly reports will be produced for the project manager showing progress against outstanding milestones, status, resource requirements, issues, risks and dependencies.
Other Responsibilities of the all the candidates:
Helping the Management team in hiring process.
Taking initiatives on various team building activities like Organizing R&R (Rewards & Reorganizations), Planning and organizing team outings etc.
Taking care of new leads and discussions. Handling new clients and existing clients.
Business development and Marketing which includes client Co-ordination and Client Retention.
- Strong communication skill and interpersonal skills is a must.
