JOB DESCRIPTION / DESIRED CANDIDATE PROFILE
Performs simple customer service transactions/request. Updates systems and responds to inquiries.
Follows up on service requests with customers, agents, brokers.
Learning the basic elements of the job, including policies and procedures. Tasks may include basic data entry for claims, billing, and underwriting.
May support office procedure: simple document processing, completion of standard forms/letters for mailing to client
