Job Description:
- Troubleshooting for technical issues related to computers faced by Dell customers
- Tech Support will be primarily on software & Hardware issues in Desktops, Laptops & other peripheral devices.
- Resolving issues pertaining to order status, billing, invoicing ,etc.
Desired Skills:
- Should be open to work in rotational shifts in a 24 by 7 environment.
- Should have excellent communication skills.
- Minimum Graduates in any stream. (10+2+3)
- Undergraduates with at least 12 months of international call center /24 months of domestic call center
- BE/Btech with minimum 6 months international call center experience
- Candidates with Customer Service background interested in Tech support can also apply .
