Job Description:

  1. Troubleshooting for technical issues related to computers faced by Dell customers
  2. Tech Support will be primarily on software & Hardware issues in Desktops, Laptops & other peripheral devices.
  3. Resolving issues pertaining to order status, billing, invoicing ,etc.

Desired Skills:

  • Should be open to work in rotational shifts in a 24 by 7 environment.
  • Should have excellent communication skills.
  • Minimum Graduates in any stream. (10+2+3)
  • Undergraduates with at least 12 months of international call center /24 months of domestic call center
  • BE/Btech with minimum 6 months international call center experience
  • Candidates with Customer Service background interested in Tech support can also apply .
