3. Meeting Sales Goal of Gross, UAO, URO and Revenue parameters.
4. Develop & conceptualize new ideas to increase CMS & RMS in assigned territory.
5. Effective New Town Launch.
6. Making LUT sites profitable.
7. Daily canopy and pandal activity for brand promotion.
8. Promoting new products and any special deals using local initiatives.
9. Appointing & Coaching new channel partners.
