- 2-8 years of overall testing experience with at least 2-4 years hands-on experience in test automation using QTP
Should have experience in designing and maintaining automation frameworks using key word driven and Hybrid approach for lead roles
Should have experience in writing QTP Scripts and Developing scripts for engineers roles
Should be well versed with defining and implementing different testing processes
Should have excellent communication skills and positive attitude
Should be solution oriented and have problem solving abilities
Prior development experience, Knowledge of any other automation tools would be a plus
Ability to define metrics and the mechanism to measure these metrics pertaining to automation and be able to depict the value addition by using automation
