Analyzing & solving main radio network level optimization problems and critical optimization issues as an expert.
Responsible for Inconsistency checks, Throughput, Parameter & Physical changes.
Analyze Drive Test logs and provide recommendations-actix,Tems MS excel and PowerPoint proficiency is a must
Escalate problems to corresponding departments network performance degradations
HSDPA/HSUPA optimization experience (parameter fine tuning, QoS)
