- B.E/ B.Tech /Degree / Diploma with basic knowledge in Networking & OS concepts
- Prior Exp from an International Technical Support (Voice) process is mandatory
- Must have outstanding written and verbal English communication skills
- Willing to work in shifts

- Handling US customers and providing technical support
- Completely responsible for troubleshooting Network related issues
- Must meet or exceed individual performance goals and metrics focused on providing superior Business support
