Job Description:
- Processing of Payroll
- Processing of employee reimbursements
- Validation of Income tax, PF & PT computation & Deduction
- Taking the IT & Flexi Benefit Plan Declaration from the Employees
- Remittance of statutory dues on time
- Book Keeping, bank reconciliation, MIS etc
- Generating Invoices, Follow up on collection
- Liaisioning with the Banks & departments & Co-ordination with the auditors
- Knowledge of Sales Tax & Service tax
- Preparation & Filing of E-TDS, PF & ESI return etc, Issuing Form 16, 16A etc
- Knowledge of QB & Greytip is an added advantage
