1. Configuration & troubleshooting of Microsoft Outlook & Outlook Express
2. Configuring, Managing & Maintaining Networking Equipment’s.
3. Configuring & troubleshooting of all types of printers.
4. Technically strong in OS -win 7 & xp.
5. Installation & Troubleshooting of Hardware of various Pc’s
6. Installation & configuration of LAN
7. Installation of various softwares
8. Installation of devices, drivers & hardware components.
9. Taking Backups
10. PC Hardware support skill which involves installation of various operating system & software, assembling & disassembling knowledge of Components.
11. Ready to work in 24*7(includes nights shifts)
