Desktop Engineer (Job Description):
Installing and Troubleshooting the OS and Application softwares
Providing technical support for Desktop/Laptop issues
installation, Trouble shooting PC-Hardware and Local Network related issues
Installing & Configuring Local Printers, Scanners and Network Printers.
Installation, Configuration & Troubleshooting of antivirus issues
Installation, Configuring mail Clients like MS Outlook, Outlook express taking backup
Working knowledge of remote access: Remote Desktop and VPN
Keeping systems updated with patches and service packs.
Desired Candidate Profile
Education:
UG – Any Graduate – Any Specialization, Graduation Not Required
PG – Any Postgraduate – Any Specialization, Post Graduation Not Required
Doctorate – Any Doctorate – Any Specialization, Doctorate Not Required
