Job Description:

  1. Receive and respond to inquiries from both internal and external customers
  2. Research to determine appropriate resolution steps as per SOP/ policies/parameters using GE systems
  3. Maintain customer records in accordance with policies and procedures.
  4. Maintains an effective follow-up process to ensure the completion of commitments to customers
  5. Provide Customer with product and service information
  6. Follow-up on customer inquiries and resolve
  7. Recognize, document and alert the supervisor of trends in customer calls.
  8. Recommend process improvements.

Desired Skills:

  • Prior experience in back office operations
  • Should be Customer Service Centric
  • Excellent English comprehension Skills
