Must have worked with QTP, HPQC for atleast 4 to 5 years.
Should have good exposure to BPT.
Should have leaded a team of 4 to 6 members for automation.
Should have done feasibility study.
Should have experience on Banking domain (Retail, wealth management, lending)
Should be able to develop test plans.
Should be have experience in working in onsite offshore model.
Should be able to lead a team in multiple locations.
Should have good communication skills.
Demonstrates a positive, can-do attitude.
Should have very good communication skills.
Any knowledge on additional tools like Selenium, Silk test is and added advantage.
Process:
Should have worked in metrics proven deliverables. Should have worked directly with customers.
