Position: Project Manager
Education: B.E / B.Tech / MCA or equivalent experience with PMP / Prince certification
Experience: 10+yr
Location: Bangalore
Essential Job Function:
Partnering with product management, core product user experience
developers, QA, services delivery, and Solution teams to understand
business requirements
Conceptualize and design user interfaces and back end and deliver total solutions
Interface with teams throughout the project life cycle, starting from the requirement gathering phase
Primary responsibility will be managing the customization /
solutioning project including but not limited to requirements gathering,
requirements analysis, development, testing, integration with other applications, deployment, infrastructure planning, training and documentation
Taking ownership of the quality and usability of the application
Drive adherence to quality process in development and testing
Collaborate with other teams on dependencies and ensure that the
designs meet all of the functional and non-functional requirements
Identify and communicate best practices and participate in design and code reviews
Own and lead the charge on end-to-end project life cycles
Coordinate, monitor, track the development activities at vendor location when needed
Required Skill sets:
Good knowledge on telecom domain
Knowledge on all aspects of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
Good knowledge of W3C standards
Primary Skills: Project Management, estimation techniques
Secondary Skills: Familiar with technologies viz. Jquery, JSP, XML, RESTful webservices, Hibernate, Oracle, Tomcat, Linux
