Job Summary:
Candidate should have done Any Graduates.
Accountancy or economics background (Key point).
French language, good reading skills (Key point).
Good MS-excel level.
Basic understanding of the insurance/reinsurance terms, technical accountancy and concepts would be an added advantage.
Conceptual and practical thinking.
Organized, methodical and ability to deal effectively with multiple priorities and do multitasking.
Ability to work independently in a fast paced multi-cultural environment.
Knowledge of an ERP package (particularly PeopleSoft) is preferable.

Job Responsibilities:
Assist France operations to resolve some local specific issues which could from a wide range of area, reinsurance, tax, general expenses.
Support France finance team on regional quarterly financial reports for Continental Europe.
Support other India Hub team members with journal entries, bank reconciliations, variance analysis (actual vs. Budget/Prior Year) of financials.
Maintaining strong communication with onshore (both written and verbal) and manage expectations.
Keep adequate documentation of process.
Support Ad-hoc activities.
