Job Responsibilities: Assist Recruitment Function and Hiring managers in hiring process that includes: Sourcing, scheduling & coordinating interviews. Preparing offer letters, Hiring Reports & Dashboards. Provide support & coordinate the operational tasks in Campus Hiring. Ensure & maintain data integrity in the applicant tracking system. Manage the recruitment process for contract staffing via vendors. Prepare documentation for orientation session. Manage day to day queries on recruiting. Maintaining and tracking employee referral database. Manage Induction formalities. Facilitate New Hire Orientation program. Any other task as required.
